Fill out the form, using extra paper if needed, to tell us just how cool and memorable the person that's being immortalized is. Give us at least eight main things about the person. Pick a theme, (call or email for help if you need it), and give us any additional background information or suggestions you may have. Be as wild and creative as you want here. This isn't a biographical novel, it's a cartoon! Anything can happen, and it's supposed to be fun.

Gather up several photos or photo printouts of the person, the forms you just filled out, and a check for a non-refundable deposit, payable to JR ILLUSTRATION.
Put them into an envelope and mail it to:

Approve the sketch of your comic, and send the remainder of your payment, per the billing notice you will receive with the sketch. The sketch and billing can be sent to you via email if desired.
